Thanks for your comment.  We regularly perform usability tests on our web properties, but this one was one of those &quot;under-the-gun&quot; projects that just had to get out on time.  In a world where we have to push stuff out by someone else&#039;s deadline, we make sure to go back and check it after go-live to make sure it&#039;s optimized.</description>
